CCM19 Prices / Price Table for Agencies & Resellers

You can add new customers to your Agency Cloud+ tariff. In the first step, these are booked in the Free tariff. Immediately after creating the accounts, you can book our common CCM19 tariffs for them.

We will bill you directly on a monthly basis for your own and all CCM19 subscriptions of your customers. From the first customer booked, your own tariff is free of charge. We grant you a discount of 30%. Your discount will be billed automatically. You then bill the customers at the rate you want, leaving you free to set your own rates.
This model is typically used by resellers who set their own prices or offer and sell CCM19 as part of an overall package. CCM19 has no relationship with your customers under this model.
Your customers usually do not have direct access to the backend and cookie banner configurations in this model - these are handled exclusively by you in your backend reseller area.

We will bill the CCM19 subscription directly to your customers based on our list prices and you will receive a 30% commission on the paid subscription prices.

As a CCM19® agency / reseller you have access to a reseller area in the backend. From the backend you can invite your customers via email.

In the invitation, your customers will be asked to accept our T&Cs as well as CCM19® as a biller. Under this model, both you as an agency / reseller and the customer have access to the backend and configurations. Please note that this is not an affiliate program.

Yes, this is definitely possible. What is not possible is to apply both discount types to one customer, this is technically prevented. If it does work due to a bug, we will correct it and you will then be able to choose.

So you can manage both types of customers in your account, this is also intended and you can reconsider for each customer which model fits best.

The complete interface can be completely customized to your ideas, both visually and in terms of content. It is possible to erase any trace of CCM19 in the interface. Besides the change of the mandatory link in the frontend widget, which is also possible without the NoLabel version, with the NoLabel version you get additional settings to customize the frontend and backend.

The price for the domain is 2,39 instead of 2,19 net plus 19% VAT. Consequently, fewer domains are included in the minimum purchase.

The rebates via the 30% rebate model will be charged each month as normal with your invoice, so you will always receive them immediately.
The commissions are calculated for each quarter accordingly if you use the commission model. The payment is then usually made within 3 business days after the settlement.

Yes - but only for the Self+ tariff variant - here the complete CCM19 interface is fully NoLabelable, you can fully customize all texts and the complete interface and create your own brand.
However, the costs for a NoLabel variant are a bit higher than for the normal variant. With the NoLabel variant you pay 20 cents more per domain per month.

The main difference is that in the Self+ plan you run the CCM19 software on your infrastructure. You get a download package that is easy to install and usually runs smoothly on standard servers. As an agency you will of course also get our free support during the installation, so it will definitely succeed.

The Self+ variant is additionally completely NoLabelable and multi-client capable. You can run your own CCM19 environment with the variant, which we also use in the cloud variant.

The condition for using the Agency Self+ version is 20 active installations. Therefore, starting from the third month of usage, regardless of the actual number, we will always charge at least the price for 20 active installations.
The costs per domain are 2.19 per month per domain, in the NoLabel tariff then 2.39 per month per domain. This tariff can also be cancelled at any time at the end of a month. Prices always plus 19% VAT.
The price of 2,19 € net is valid up to 499 customers. For more active installations the costs are reduced as follows:

• from 500: 2,09 €
• from 1.000: 1,99 €
• from 2.500: 1,89 €

NoLabel
The price of 2,39 € net is valid up to a customer quantity of 499 customers. For more active installations the costs are reduced as follows:

• from 500: 2,29 €
• from 1.000: 2,19 €
• from 2.500: 2,09 €

There are no long notice periods or terms in the tariffs. The term is one month and you can cancel up to 1 day before the end of the term. The minimum term is ultimately the term of the selected plan options - monthly. Regardless of the selected term, the respective contract will be renewed indefinitely after the expiration of the initial term in each case, unless it is terminated by one of the parties with one month's notice to the end of the original contract term. Termination after extension of the contract is then always permitted with a notice period of one month for both parties. Payment intervals are monthly for agency versions only.

Of course, you will receive an official invoice with properly stated VAT. As a German company, we work according to German law.

When the limit of page views is reached, the mask will be temporarily deactivated, but of course you will receive 2-3 warning emails with appropriate notices beforehand. If you either manually increase the rate or the respective month is over, the counter starts at 0 and the mask appears again. An automatic upgrade or additional costs will only occur if you have explicitly activated the sliding tariff. In this case you will automatically move to the next higher tariff. In any case you are always in control!

All our servers are located in Limburg, Germany at OVH GmbH or at ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich in Dresden. We do not use cloud providers from the USA or other insecure third countries for the entire technical implementation of CCM19. OVH is one of the world's largest server providers for innovative and agile companies. Headquartered in France, OVH is fully subject to the rules of the GDPR. ALL-INKL.COM is one of the most service-oriented providers in Germany and has an adequate infrastructure to meet even the largest requirements.

The full service variant works everywhere you can embed Javascript, so everywhere you can embed Google Analytics for example. Bottom line - yes, everywhere.
