Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by sending a letter by post, fax or e-mail to Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststraße 4, 53229 Bonn. Fax: +49 228 336 79 54. e-mail: info@papoo.de. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of your right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

You can use the sample withdrawal text below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
