Code of Conduct

Preamble

As a provider of a consent management solution, we at CCM19 bear responsibility for data protection, transparency and digital self-determination. Our Code of Conduct defines the values and principles according to which we act - towards our customers, business partners, the public and each other. It is the basis for trusting collaboration and fair cooperation.

1. Integrity and responsibility

  • We act honestly, responsibly and in accordance with applicable law - especially in the area of data protection (e.g. GDPR, TDDDG).
  • We are committed to transparency towards our customers and partners with regard to the functionality and data protection assessment of our products.
  • We take responsibility for the quality and security of our software.

2. Data protection and information security

  • Data protection is not an optional feature for us, but a central component of our DNA.
  • We collect, process and store personal data only to the extent necessary and on a legal basis.
  • We use technical and organizational measures to protect data and systems against unauthorized access.

3. Fairness and respect

  • We treat each other and our customers with respect, openness and appreciation - regardless of origin, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual identity or political views.
  • We firmly reject discrimination of any kind, intolerance, bullying or disrespectful behavior.

4. Cooperation and communication

  • We promote an open corporate culture in which constructive feedback, creative ideas and mutual support are valued.
  • We communicate clearly, honestly and in a solution-oriented manner - both internally and externally.
  • In our collaboration with partners and service providers, we work on an equal footing and set common quality standards.

5. Sustainability and social responsibility

  • We are committed to the sustainable use of digital technologies - through resource-saving infrastructure, efficient code and fair business relationships.
  • We support barrier-free access to digital services and are guided by recognized standards such as the WCAG and the BFSG.
  • We make our contribution to digital education on data protection and user rights.

6. Dealing with misconduct

  • We take violations of this Code of Conduct seriously. We promote a culture in which misconduct can be addressed without fear of reprisals.
  • Everyone is encouraged to act responsibly in suspected cases and to inform the appropriate authorities.

7. Scope and obligation
