The option of operating the Consent solution locally in your own infrastructure can be particularly relevant for data protection or security requirements. The on-premise version of CCM19 is offered from the Starter tariff upwards.

Differences between the cloud and on-premise versions

The cloud version is hosted by CCM19, which means that maintenance, updates and hosting are handled entirely by the CCM19 team.

As a result, customers benefit from minimal administration effort and fast, uncomplicated commissioning.

The on-premise version, on the other hand, is installed directly on your own servers. This variant gives you complete control over all data, infrastructure and security settings.

It is particularly suitable for companies that have to meet strict data sovereignty requirements or individual security configurations.

Please note that operating the on-premise version requires a higher level of technical resources and expertise, as installation, updates and maintenance are your responsibility. CCM19 will of course be happy to assist you with this and offers individual support for enterprise customers.
